Welcome to the East Iowa Postal Customer Council!
We are a network of business mailers & representatives of the USPS
We meet to discuss and resolve local mailing issues as well as share knowledge. Postal Customer Councils like ours exist across the country and we share common goals of increased mail efficiency and excellent communications with the US Postal Service™ by creating an effective networking platform.
Postal Customer Councils (PCCs) were first established in 1961 in 300 large US markets. The initial focus of Postal Customer Councils was to improve mail service by encouraging postal customers to deposit mail earlier in the day or in staggered increments, to avoid delays in mail processing. Over the years the PCC program grew to include smaller markets and created open channels of communication for local business and postal executives to exchange ideas and information, from best mailing practices to solving local challenges.
We invite you to join the EIPCC today so you can benefit from a growing network of Postal and Industry members through participation in local and national meetings, educational programs, mailer clinics, tours, and seminars.
Do you have a topic idea for our next event? Are you struggling to get information and would like us to connect you with a USPS resource?
